Faculty Course Web Form
Roster Upload Request Form (Web Enhanced ONLY)

This is a form for Web Enhanced Classroom Teaching Faculty to request to have your student rosters uploaded to your Blackboard Course site. This process is necessary because your students no longer create their own accounts on Blackboard.

Prior to completing this form you need to already have a USER ACCOUNT and an active Blackboard Class. If you DO NOT have your user account or your active Blackboard class please go to the My SWC Online page and do the following
(Please use the Course Catalogue for your class information):
  1. Click on New User Account Request Form and fill out this information first.
    Click on the Submit Button.
  2. Click on New Course Request Form and fill it out.
    Click on the Submit Button.

This is a short process that allows us to batch create and batch upload your roster for you.
